These Terms govern your use of Beryl. By creating an account you agree to them. Beryl is a personal finance tracker — it helps you record accounts, transactions, and goals. It is not financial, tax, or investment advice.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no attempting to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it, no uploading unlawful content, and no using it on behalf of someone else without their permission. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Your data

The financial information you enter belongs to you. We store it to provide the app and process it as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.

Availability & changes

We may update, pause, or discontinue features. We aim to give reasonable notice of significant changes. The app is provided "as is" without warranties, and to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Beryl and delete your account whenever you like. We may end or limit access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
